The Outreach & Communications team is dedicated to supporting the students and families of New Jersey by providing various financial aid workshops, seminars, and training. Champions of student success from high schools, colleges, employers, and community-based organizations can request HESAA’s support by clicking here.

HESAA provides a wide-range of financial literacy, financial aid, and student loan information. Most publications are available in both English and Spanish and can be downloaded here.

The Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) is a federal statute that provides financial relief and protections to eligible military personnel serving on active duty.

An SCRA Specialist is available to assist you with your NJCLASS loans Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm.

From New Jersey Turnpike (North & South)

Take Exit 7A and follow signs to 195 West, which changes to 295 North.

Take Sloan Avenue East - Exit 65A.

At second traffic light, make a left turn onto Quakerbridge Road. Stay in left lane.

At next traffic light, make a left turn into Quakerbridge Plaza Office Complex.

Follow directions below.

 

From Route 1 (North & South)

Take Quakerbridge Road exit (South – Rt. 533) and remain on Quakerbridge Road.

At the eighth traffic light, make a right turn into Quakerbridge Plaza Office Complex.

Follow directions below.

 

From Pennsylvania

Take 95 North to the Scudders Falls Bridge and continue on 95 North, past Pennington where 95 North changes to 295 South.

Continue on 295 South to the Sloan Avenue East Exit 65A.

At second traffic light, make a left turn onto Quakerbridge Road. Stay in left lane.

At next traffic light, make a left turn into Quakerbridge Plaza Office Complex.

Follow directions below.

 

To Building

Make first left turn and continue to "STOP" sign.

Turn right and Building #4 is the second building on the right.

Visitors are to use the second entrance and must press the button for admittance.

Everyone who completes the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) must apply for an FSA ID. Click here

NJFAMS

All students who choose to study in New Jersey should create an account in HESAA's New Jersey Financial Aid Management System (NJFAMS). Click here

E-Access Portal

NJCLASS loan applicants and borrowers must create an account to manage their applications, documents, and payments. Click here

Deadlines

It is important to meet all filing deadlines. If you are a new college student and applying for financial aid for the first time, you have one set of important dates. If you are a returning student and want to apply for renewal of state aid, you have to complete your application earlier.
