New Jersey schools and organizations can place a free bulk order request for helpful publications from HESAA to share with students and families. Please complete the form below and click submit to place your request.

Important Note: Materials may be updated throughout the year to reflect any changes to HESAA programs and initiatives. Organizations are encouraged to request publications on an as-needed basis rather than placing bulk orders in advance for the entire year to avoid the potential distribution of outdated materials. Please place requests approximately 2 weeks in advance of any upcoming events to allow time for processing and shipping.

If you need a publication that is not listed on this page, if you would like to request copies of these publications in another language, and/or if you have any other notes for our team, please enter them here. Please be as specific as possible when requesting other publications by including the name and quantity needed and why you are requesting the publication(s). Please note that longer publications such as the Financial Aid Dictionary, Student Loan Guide, and State & Federal Aid Programs Booklet are not available in other languages at this time.
