The New Jersey Higher Education Student Assistance Authority (HESAA) is seeking proposals from qualified bidders to provide investment consultant services for the New Jersey Better Educational Savings Trust (NJBEST) Program, a qualified tuition program within the meaning of and in compliance with Section 529 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), HESAA seeks to obtain the best net investment returns for Program participants and the most favorable array of services.
