The purpose of this Request For Proposals (“RFP") is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to provide a telephone system and support services for the New Jersey Higher Education Student Assistance Authority (“HESAA" or “Authority") which is a public body corporate and politic which is “in but not of" the Department of State of the State of New Jersey and an instrumentality of the State. The Authority is seeking proposals from vendors for Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), cloud-based enterprise platforms with integrated quality management/recording (QM) and workforce management (WFM) capabilities, plus ongoing managed services.
