NEW JERSEY HIGHER EDUCATION STUDENT ASSISTANCE AUTHORITY (HESAA) REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR MANAGED SECURITY SERVICES The New Jersey Higher Education Student Assistance Authority (“HESAA” or “Authority”), is soliciting proposals from qualified bidders to provide comprehensive managed cybersecurity services to protect the Authority’s digital environment and ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of its data. Through this RFP, HESAA seeks to obtain the best cyber protection via digital threat monitoring 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and neutralization for the Authority and its stakeholders at the most favorable, competitive price. The intent of this RFP is to award a contract to that responsible bidder whose proposal, conforming to this RFP, is most advantageous to the Authority, price and other factors considered. The Authority, however, reserves the right to separately procure individual requirements that are the subject of the contract during the contract term, when deemed by the Authority to be in HESAA’s best interest.
