REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
FOR
SENIOR MANAGER
STUDENT LOAN PROGRAM REVENUE BONDS
The New Jersey Higher Education Student Assistance Authority ("HESAA" or "Authority"), is seeking
proposals from firms interested in serving as Senior Manager to the Authority for bonds issued through
negotiated sales. Through this RFP, HESAA seeks to obtain the best services at the most favorable,
competitive prices. The Senior Manager will work with the Authority, the Financial Advisor and bond
counsel with respect to the Authority's issuance of bonds to finance supplemental student loans under
the NJCLASS program and perform other support tasks to help the Authority maintain its current bond
issues.

The Authority must receive proposals no later than 4:00 PM on October 11, 2022.
