Be sure to allow 10 business days before your documents are reflected on your “TO DO LIST.” If you don’t see your list updated after 10 business days, do not send in duplicate documents as this may further delay the review process. Instead, please contact customer care at:
CustomerCare@hesaa.org, and continue to check your email or NJFAMS account for additional documentation requests or any follow up that may be needed.
