NJCLASS is one of the nation's most affordable and flexible supplemental student loan programs in the nation.

NJCLASS allows students or parents to borrow the money you need to meet the cost of education after all other sources of student aid are exhausted. There are no annual and/or aggregate loan limits. NJCLASS may be used for school related expenses including tuition and fees, books, supplies, and room & board.
Note: The interest rates reflected on the HESAA website for NJCLASS loans apply to loans for the current academic year (2007-2008) where the loans are disbursed prior to June 1, 2008. The NJCLASS interest rates for the upcoming academic year (2008-2009), as well as summer 2008 terms, have not been finalized. Students and parents should feel free to apply for the NJCLASS loans. HESAA will notify borrowers once the new rates have been determined.
