HESAA accepts Master Card and Discover for payments for NJCLASS loans or defaulted Federal student loans.
A vendor servicing fee of 2.5% will be added to credit card payments. Your credit card may also add finance charges that might exceed the interest rate on your loan. While it’s easy to put your loan payment on your credit card, remember that credit cards are just a different form of borrowing. If you fail to pay off your balance in full each month, you will be charged interest on your unpaid balance. Wise use of your credit cards will help you maintain a solid credit rating and avoid financial problems.
