On February 16, 2012 the Common Manual Governing Board approved one proposal to modify the Common Manual.  The changes made in the proposals will be incorporated into the Common Manual with the publication of the next update in 2012. These proposals modify the following sections of the manual:

Section 2.3.B - U.S Department of Education Publications
Section 4.1 -  Institutional Eligibility
Section 4.1.C - Maintaining Eligibility
Section 4.1.D - Loss of Eligibility
Appendix G
