On October 20, 2011, the Common Manual Governing Board approved three proposals to modify the Common Manual. The changes made in the proposals will be incorporated into the Common Manual with the publication of the next update in 2012. These proposals modify the following sections of the manual:

Modules and Return of Title IV Funds

Section 8.7.G - Delivery to Borrowers in Special Circumstances

Section 9.4 - Withdrawal Dates

Direct Consolidation Loan Program Treatment of Underpayments and Overpayment

Section 15.8 - Direct Consolidation Loan Program Treatment of Underpayments and Overpayments
