On March 17, 2011, the Common Manual Governing Board approved four proposals to modify the Common Manual. The changes made in the proposals will be incorporated into the Common Manual with the publication of the next update in 2011. These proposals modify the following sections of the manual:

Incentive Compensation
     4.1.A Establishing Eligibility
     Appendix G
Evaluating the Validity of a Student’s High School Completion
     4.2 Administrative Capability Standards
     5.9 Required High School Diploma or Equivalent
Loan Limits and Progressing from Undergraduate to Graduate Grade Levels
     6.11.A Stafford Annual Loan Limits
Withdrawal Dates at a School That is Required to Record Attendance
     9.4 Withdrawal Dates
